Exploration

We begin by getting under the skin of your brand, product, and goals. What’s your experience working with creators? Are we promoting a specific product, or building broader brand affinity? What does success look like to you within the creator space?

The chronically online minds of Pixel Native will devise and suggest completely unique, bespoke integration strategies in light of what was learned during the exploration. You will have the ability to be involved in the process here however you see fit.

With a plan in place, we’ll align on final details before rolling to execution. This includes how you’d like to receive updates, whether you’d prefer to vet creators yourself, what the feedback process will look like, and anything else you’d like us to know. We’ll also collect brand assets, guidelines, tone-of-voice docs here to ensure everything lands right.

Once a plan is established and all agreements between the brand and Pixel Native are squared away, we’ll work in tandem to come up with an ironclad creator brief. Pixel Native will begin to shortlist and outreach to creators, handling all negotiations, and moving proceedings forward - with full visibility and final approval from you.
Legal and payment

Pixel Native will take care of all creator invoicing, payments, and legal affairs around the campaign where required. Payment terms are typically 50% upon signature of the brand agreement, with the balance paid within 30 days of the first piece of content going live. Creator payments are NET 30.
ACTIVATION

It’s showtime baby! Pixel Native will take the planned concept and bring it to life through the discussed creators, managing communication with contracted creators throughout. We’ll be sending through content for review and approval, and on hand to act fast to support the execution throughout.
Report & wrap up

Once the activation is complete, Pixel Native will package all data, analytics and success stories into an easy to understand report for you post-activation. Learnings and thoughts from our team regarding performance, as well as next steps we would recommend.
Content licensing

Should you love a piece of content you’ve seen go live from a creator involved within the campaign, Pixel Native will also manage the negotiation of any usage rights or whitelisting to ensure you’re able to make the most out of what’s been produced.
